A face to face interview consists in one hour meeting with Airline management staff, Chief Pilot, Head of training, Human Resources manager.
The purpose is to interact with the candidate in order to assess his capacities and communication skills. It generally has four parts. First, a close look to his experience, flight log and licence. Then a questionnaire about his personality and motivation. Afterwards a more technical part with scenarios and technical questions. Finally his knowledge of the Airline is evaluated. This interview needs some preparation and the aim here is to place the candidate in a situation as close as possible to the real one.
